Dissolve Polygons Boundaries

Hi guys,

I have a question regarding the following topic: How can I dissolve the polygon boundaries of polygons that touch each other?
In the screenshot, you can see roughly what I am looking for.

Any ideas? I would be very grateful for your proposed solutions.
